Call for applications

To submit your application, please go to the Submission page of this website.

Potential applicants should submit a short motivation letter (750 words max.), presenting their background and interest in the field and explaining how their participation at the event would benefit their scholarly work, and a CV.

To apply, you need to create an account on SciencesConf or HAL (unless you already have an account, in this case you can log in using your login and password).

Once you are logged in the Submission page, click on submit a paper. Four steps are then required:

1) Metadata: you will be asked to choose a title, submit your abstract and select a topic. As a title, add your name and write your short motivation letter in the abstract. Choose "call for applications" when selecting the topic.

2) Author: to add an author, first click on "Add an author" and fill in the form, secondly click on "Add an affiliation" and enter the details of the author's institution(s).

3) File(s): In the section "Paper", please upload your CV.

4) Overview: You can have a last look at your application before submission.

The call for applications is open between 9 September to 30 September 2019.
