How to participate > Selection process

The selection will be done by the Scientific Committee and applicants will receive a notification of acceptance by 14 October 2019. The admission process for candidates will focus on the quality of their scientific or professional background as well as their interest in the field. A particular attention to gender balance will be given. The Scientific Committee will notify the final decision by email. Please note that all presentations will be in English.
